Cydia duplicana là một small moth of the họ Tortricidae. Nó được tìm thấy ở all across châu Âu, extending barely into châu Á in the Transcaucasus, Turkestan và Kazakhstan.
Sải cánh dài 13–19 mm. Con trưởng thành bay từ tháng 5 or tháng 6 đến the end of tháng 7. Có một lứa một năm.
The larvae (caterpillars) feed on European Silver Fir (Abies alba), Norway Spruce (Picea abies), junipers (Juniperus) và pines (Pinus). Larvae can be được tìm thấy ở resin deposits, thickened cankerous branches infested by fungi và in mechanical injuries of the host plant. The larvae only mine to the nearest injury on the bark.[1]

In addition, the specific name interruptana was used in a list ot tortrix moths by G.A.W. Herrich-Schäffer năm 1848 already. But he did not provide a description then, thus the scientific name – later determined to refer to the same species as J.W. Zetterstedt's Grapholitha duplicana – was validly established by him only năm 1851.[3]
