The Hawaiian grouper (Epinephelus quernus) là một loài cá thuộc họ Serranidae. Nó được tìm thấy ở Hoa Kỳ and United States Minor Outlying Islands. Các môi trường sống tự nhiên của chúng là open seas, shallow seas, subtidal aquatic beds, and coral reefs.
