Phyllonorycter cephalariae là một loài bướm đêm thuộc họ Gracillariidae[1] [2] [3]. Nó được tìm thấy ở miền nam Pháp, Croatia, Hy Lạp, Hungary và Serbia.
Ấu trùng ăn Cephalaria leucantha. Chúng ăn lá nơi chúng làm tổ.
