Rạp chiếu phim là địa điểm, thường là một tòa nhà để xem phim. Đa số các rạp chiếu phim có tính thương mại, người xem phái mua vé trước khi vào. Màn ảnh rộng được đặt một bên của khán phòng và được máy chiếu phim chiếu lên. Một số rạp được trang bị máy chiếu phim kỹ thuật số thay thế ký thuật phim in truyền thống. Một số rạp chiếu phim công cộng và miễn phí, chiếu cả phim lẫn truyền hình.
