Giải Oscar cho nhạc phim hay nhất là một trong các giải Oscar được Viện Hàn lâm Khoa học và Nghệ thuật Điện ảnh trao tặng hàng năm cho nhạc viết riêng cho một phim được cho là hay nhất và tác giả của nó.[1]
