Rum

Rượu Rum là một đồ uống có cồn được chưng cất từ mía với sản phẩm như mật đường, hoặc trực tiếp từ nước mía, một quá trình lên men và chưng cất. Chưng cất, một chất lỏng rõ ràng, thường là sau đó độ tuổi trong thùng gỗ sồi. Rum có thể được gọi tên theo các mô tả như "ron Viejo" ("rum cũ") và "ron añejo" ("rum có tuổi").
