Phyllonorycter heegeriella là một loài bướm đêm thuộc họ Gracillariidae. Nó được tìm thấy ở khắp châu Âu, ngoại trừ Iberian Peninsula và the bán đảo Balkan.
Sải cánh dài 6,5-8,5 mm. Con trưởng thành bay vào tháng 5 và tháng 8 làm hai đợt in miền tây Europe.
