Deutsch: Ansicht des Jüdischen Friedhofs bei Heinsheim (Ortsteil von Bad Rappenau, Baden-Württemberg). Dieser Friedhof, der im 16. Jahrhundert angelegt wurde, zählt zu den größten und besterhaltenen jüdischen Friedhöfen in Südwestdeutschland.
Die Aufnahme zeigt den Blick über die östliche Umfassungsmauer auf die erste Reihe mit Grabsteinen aus dem späten 18./frühen 19. Jahrhundert. Das Foto wurde an einem Herbstabend kurz vor Sonnenuntergang gemacht, daher die bunten, aber etwas gedämpften Farben.
Die Bäume im Hintergrund um die untergehende Sonne gehören zum Fünfmühlental.
English: The old Jewish cemetery near Heinsheim, Bad Rappenau, Germany. This cemetery was established in the 16th century and is one of the largest and best preserved Jewish cemeteries in south-west Germany.
The photo shows the view over the eastern enclosure wall to the first row of gravestones, which date from the late 18th/early 19th century. The photo was taken on an autumn evening shortly before sunset, hence the saturated, but somewhat subdued colours.

La foto muestra el muro oriental del recinto y la primera fila de lápidas, que datan de finales del siglo XVIII o principios del XIX. La foto fue tomada en una tarde de otoño poco antes de la puesta del sol. De ahí los colores saturados, pero algo apagados.

Français : Le Vieux cimetière juif, situé près de Heinsheim, un quartier de Bad Rappenau (Allemagne). Établi au XVIe siècle, c'est le cimetière juif le plus grand et le mieux préservé du sud-ouest de l'Allemagne. Cette photo montre des tombes datant de la fin du XVIIIe / début du XIXe siècle. Elle a été prise un soir d'automne, peu avant le couché du soleil.
