Renaming without agreement

You are temporarily blocked from Vietnamese wikipedia because you have renamed a lot of articles without consulting the community. There are so many places with the same name so every town in France should have another higher location name next to it to differentiate it from disambiguation. But I do not understand your point.

If I look for instance at Thể loại:Xã của Pyrénées-Orientales, not all names have the department name. The ones that have it are when there are several communes with the same name.

So I do not see what I did wrong.

For example, Rohan, Morbihan. You have renamed it to Rohan since you see that there are no Rohan article and right now there are no disambiguation in viwiki. But there may be Rohan something in the future and then we will need to delete your Rohan article to create a disambiguation page. We wish to keep that option open. You do not need to delete anything. You just have to rename Rohan back to Rohan, Morbihan and then edit Rohan. My move does not close any option.

That's correct. But renaming back required a lot of work from us: deleting the old redirects first, then rename back, as I have done with Rohan, Morbihan. I am sorry, but this is not true. You do not have to delete the redirect.

When you rename "foo" to "bar", a redirect a created from "foo" to "bar". But you can rename "bar" to "foo" without deleting the redirect. So any user can do it, even if not admin.

You have to delete the redirect only if the target page has a history.
