Vương quốc Hai Sicilia (tiếng Ý: Regno delle Due Sicilie, tiếng Sicilia: Regnu dî Dui Sicili) là quốc gia lớn nhất trong các quốc gia từng tồn tại trên bán đảo Ý trước khi nước Ý thống nhất. Vương quốc này tồn tại tới năm 1860 và bị thôn tính vào Vương quốc Sardinia và được đổi tên thành Vương quốc Ý năm 1861. Vương quốc Hai Sicilia có thủ đô là thành phố Napoli.

Vương quốc Hai Sicilia bao gồm phần phía nam bán đảo Ý và hòn đảo Sicilia. Vương quốc này là kết quả của sự thống nhất giữa hai vương quốc cũ có cùng lịch sử là Vương quốc Napoli bao gồm phấn phía nam bán đảo Ý và Vương quốc Sicilia trên đảo Sicilia.
