Hình này chụp bìa một bản thu âm, bản quyền của nó rất có thể do hãng phát hành hoặc (nhiều) nghệ sĩ sản xuất và thu âm nắm giữ. Việc sử dụng hình ảnh này ở độ phân giải thấp chỉ để minh họa cho bản thu âm đó, tại Wikipedia tiếng Việt, có máy chủ đặt tại Hoa Kỳ, điều hành bởi tổ chức phi lợi nhuận Wikimedia Foundation, được tin là phù hợp với điều khoản sử dụng hợp lý theo luật bản quyền Hoa Kỳ. Bất cứ hình thức sử dụng khác, tại Wikipedia hay ở nơi khác, đều có thể vi phạm bản quyền. Xem thêm Wikipedia:Sử dụng hợp lý.

Gửi người tải lên: Bản thân thẻ này vẫn chưa đủ. Bạn cũng cần phải ghi thêm nguồn gốc của tác phẩm, tất cả những thông tin về bản quyền hiện tại, và một cơ sở cho việc sử dụng hợp lý cho mỗi bài viết có sử dụng tập tin.

This image is being used in the article Tout Alizée even though it is copyrighted. Its use is permissible under the fair use policy because:

• it is of a lower resolution than the original;
• it in no way infringes or assists in the illegal reproduction or distribution of the content of the event, goods or services being advertised;
• it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the event, goods or services in any way;
• it is being used for illustration purposes - which qualifies as informational use;
• it furthers the goals of providing verifiable information concerning the subject matter, in that it visibly demonstrates content which is referenced explicitly or implicitly within the text of the article itself.

As for use in the Alizée article, it is being used for visual identification of the album, and not the artist. As such, it is within the purview of fair usage of album covers.
