- GHS refers to Global Harmonized System phrases and pictograms
- the letter "p" is added to the name as "GHS" already refers to a template
- This template generates the hazard or protection phrase indicated by its nummer as a link. When the cursor is placed upon the link, the text of the sentence is shown. The pictograms under the GHSsystem also are presented when the proper code is entered.

- The phrases are indicated by their numbers, preceded by the "H" or "P" (capital!).
- When combined P phrases are use, no space is accepted between de different indicators. "P410 + P412" nor "P410+ P412" nor "P410 +P412" will result in the correct phrases, only "P410+P412" will result in P410+P412.
- The pictograms are indicated by the letters "GHS" followed by a two digit number.
