Ars nova đề cập đến một phong cách âm nhạc phát triển mạnh mẽ ở Pháp và các nước Burgundian trong thời Trung cổ muộn. Đôi khi thuật ngữ này được sử dụng nói chung để chỉ tất cả các nhạc chuông đa âm châu Âu của thế kỷ 14.
