Galeottiella là một chi thực vật có hoa trong họ Orchidaceae. Traditionally it had been included in subtribe Spiranthinae, but following molecular phylogenetic and morphological studies it is now placed in a subtribe on its own, Galeottiellinae.
Galeottiella is endemic to the mountain ranges of Mexico and adjacent Guatemala and includes a single species, G. sarcoglossa, which inhabits at high elevations in pine and fir forests.
