English: Dr. Que Phung Trän Huynh was probably son of a Northvietnamese general. He studied Chemistry in Paris and graduated in Montreal. For working without permission he was to be deported to South Vietnam. Chile gave him asylum as later president Allende stayed in his house. He led a fishery project in Northern Chile.
He was arrested with 4 Chilenians, looking for asylum in any embassy. All died. Dr. Trans showed no impact of bullets. Detailed marks in the Spanish description. We -- several Chilenians including his wife Olgan and me, Ivo Dubiel, representative of UNHCR -- took him from the morgue on a Sunday, as no superiors were present.
