Deutsch: Hissflagge der Gemeinde Burg (Spreewald), Landkreis Spree-Neiße, Brandenburg

Das Ministerium des Innern des Landes Brandenburg hat der Gemeinde Burg (Spreewald) die Genehmigung zur Führung eines Wappens am 15. Mai 2007 und zur Führung einer Flagge am 14. August 2007 erteilt.[1] Entworfen wurden Wappen und Flagge vom Grafiker und Heraldiker Uwe Reipert aus Beeskow.

Flaggenbeschreibung
„Dreistreifig Grün-Weiß-Grün (Grün-Silber-Grün) im Verhältnis 1:4:1 mit dem Gemeindewappen im Mittelstreifen.“[2]

Die Blasonierung dieses Gemeindewappens lautet:

„In Grün eine gold-bekrönte silberne Schlange, die sich um einen goldenen Säulenfuß windet und aus deren Rachen sich ein silberner Wasserschwall in das darauf liegende Becken ergießt; beseitet von je zwei goldenen Sumpfdotterblumen.“[3][2]
