Jeremy Bentham (phát âm /ˈbεnθəm/ hoặc /ˈbεntəm/) (15 tháng 2, 1748–6 tháng 6, 1832) là một luật gia, nhà triết học người Anh. Ông nổi tiếng nhất là người sáng lập ra Chủ nghĩa công lợi. Ông là anh trai của Samuel Bentham, một kỹ sư, nhà phát minh kém nổi tiếng hơn.
