Lenograstim là một yếu tố kích thích khuẩn lạc bạch cầu hạt tái tổ hợp có chức năng như một chất kích thích miễn dịch.[1][2] Nó được phát triển bởi Chugai Pharmaceuticals dưới tên thương hiệu Granocyte.
