Đây là hình của một áp phích, và bản quyền của nó nhiều khả năng thuộc về đơn vị phát hành hoặc người tạo nên tác phẩm được minh họa. Việc sử dụng hình này đã thu nhỏ và ở độ phân giải thấp để đánh giá chi tiết về bộ phim, sự kiện, v.v. đang được đề cập đến hay chính bản thân áp phích đó chứ không phải chỉ dùng để minh họa tại Wikipedia tiếng Việt, có máy chủ đặt tại Hoa Kỳ, điều hành bởi tổ chức phi lợi nhuận Wikimedia Foundation, được tin là phù hợp với điều khoản sử dụng hợp lý theo luật bản quyền Hoa Kỳ. Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It's a low resolution copy of a Film Poster / VHS or DVD Cover.
2. It doesn't limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the film in any way, in fact, it may encourage sales.
3. Because of the low resolution, copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the artwork/image.
4. The image is itself a subject of discussion in the article or used in the infobox thereof.
5. The image is significant because it was used to promoted a notable film.
