Vy Le (born on May 6th 1987) is a Vietnamese venture capitalist. She is the Co-founder and General Partner of Do Ventures, a $50M venture capital firm investing in early-stage tech startups in Vietnam[1]. Prior to this, she served as General Partner at ESP Capital, an early-stage venture fund in Southeast Asia.

Vy has been an entrepreneur since 2000. At the age of 13, she founded TmSpeed Network[2], specialized in web development and hosting service. In 2010, Vy founded Chon.vn and after 4 years, she exited[3] the company to Vingroup, the largest private conglomerate in Vietnam. She then served as CEO of Vingroup’s e-commerce subsidiary, Adayroi.com (now is VinID). In 2014, she was the chair of UNICEF Next Generation[4].

Vy was honored on the Forbes Vietnam: 30 under 30 in 2015[5] and Forbes Asia: 30 under 30 in 2016[6] in the field of Retail & E-commerce. In 2016, Vy was one of three guests participating in the talk show hosted by US[7][8] President Barack Obama around the topic of entrepreneurship in his visit to Vietnam. In November 2021, she was elected as the vice president[9] of Vietnam E-Commerce Association

Vy graduated as Valedictorian from Georgetown University (United States). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
