"Đóng góp"

"Đóng góp" sounds to me like the contribution is monetary. – Minh Nguyễn 02:27, 8 December 2003 (UTC)

It can mean a monetary contribution, just like the English word "contribution," but not necessarily. If you can think of a better word, feel free to change it. DHN 03:55, 8 Dec 2003 (UTC)

According to [1], bài báo can mean "contribution" as in a "contribution to a newspaper." I'm not sure that's exactly what we're looking for, but to me, it seems closer. But as long as readers will perceive "Đóng góp" as a non-monetary contribution, it's fine by me. I just don't want readers to confuse this link with "Cho tiền" or something like that. – Minh Nguyễn 22:17, 8 December 2003 (UTC)

It doesn't have to be so literal, so long as the meaning is gotten across w/out ambiguity. For example, the Japanese WP says "Records of Article Submission" (投稿記録), which, in Japanese, in four syllables like the English "contributions". --Menchi 04:16, 8 Dec 2003 (UTC)
