Content Translation - Beta feature will be available on 6 April 2015

Hello, Thank you for filing the Phabricator request to have Content Translation on the Vietnamese Wikipedia. Content Translation has now been enabled on http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Special:ContentTranslation for testing translations into Vietnamese. If no major issues are found during testing, we expect to activate Content Translation as a beta-feature in the Vietnamese Wikipedia on 6th April 2015. Please note, the test wiki is on the Wikimedia beta-labs and you will need to create a new account. After logging in, you will have to enable the beta-feature to view Content Translation. You can translate from any article in the available source languages and publish on this test wiki. Please let us know your comments and feedback through the Project Talk page or Phabricator.
