Coralliobia là một chi ốc biển, là động vật thân mềm chân bụng sống ở biển trong họ Muricidae, họ ốc gai.[1]
Chi này đã trở thành đồng nghĩa của Coralliophila H. Adams & A. Adams, 1853 [1]
