Đây là danh sách không đầy đủ của các phiên (Han) chính thời Tokugawa. Phiên được hình thành dựa trên cơ sở hiệu quả của chính quyền trong thời đại Tokugawa ở Nhật Bản. Vị trí biên giới của các Phiên gần đúng với hệ thống tỉnh, huyện của Nhật Bản hiện nay. Hệ thống Phiên bị bãi bỏ trong công cuộc Minh Trị Duy Tân vào năm 1871.
