Họ cá Tai tượng (danh pháp khoa học: Ephippidae) là một họ trong bộ Cá vược (Perciformes). Có khoảng tám chi, với 20 loại. Chúng sinh sống chủ yếu ở biển. Loại được biết đến nhiều nhất có lẽ là Platax, sống ở các bãi đá ngầm thuộc Thái Bình Dương.
