Vương quốc Hai Sicilia (tiếng Ý: Regno delle Due Sicilie, tiếng Sicilia: Regnu dî Dui Sicili) là quốc gia lớn nhất trong các quốc gia từng tồn tại trên bán đảo Ý trước khi nước Ý thống nhất. Vương quốc này tồn tại tới năm 1860 và bị thôn tính vào Vương quốc Sardegna và được đổi tên thành Vương quốc Ý năm 1861. Vương quốc Hai Sicilia có thủ đô là thành phố Napoli.
