Cương lĩnh Công dân (tiếng Ba Lan: Platforma Obywatelska, PO)[2] là một đảng chính trị trung hữu cũ ở Ba Lan.

Cương lĩnh Công dân được thành lập vào năm 2001 từ các phe ly khai của các đảng Hành động Bầu cử Đoàn kết, Liên minh Tự doĐảng Nhân dân Bảo thủ. Nhóm thành viên sáng lập gồm Andrzej Olechowski, Maciej PłażyńskiDonald Tusk. Olechowski và Płażyński sau đó rời khỏi đảng. Trong cuộc bầu cử Nghị viện Ba Lan năm 2001, Cương lĩnh Công dân nhận được 12,6% số phiếu bầu và giành dược 58 ghế trong Hạ viện Ba Lan, trở thành đảng đối lập lớn nhất trong Hạ viện. Trong cuộc bầu cử tổng thống năm 2010, ứng cử viên Bronisław Komorowski của Cương lĩnh Công dân trúng cử tổng thống.

Năm 2018, Cương lĩnh Công dân thành lập Liên minh Công dân, một liên minh bầu cử do đảng đứng đầu. Kể từ khi được thành lập, đảng có kết quả bầu cử tốt tại Warszawa, phía tây và phía bắc của Ba Lan. Từ thập niên 2000, Cương lĩnh Công dân là một trong những chính đảng chủ đạo của Ba Lan. Ngày 25 tháng 10 năm 2025, đảng hợp nhất thành một đảng mới tên là Liên minh Công dân, cùng tên gọi với liên minh bầu cử.

Cương lĩnh Công dân chủ yếu được đánh giá là một chính đảng trung hữu.[20] Vì là một đối thủ chính của Luật pháp và Công lý nên Cương lĩnh Công dân cũng được phân loại là có khuynh hướng trung gian[21] hoặc trung tả.[22] Từ năm 2023, đảng được mô tả là đã trở về khuynh hướng trung hữu.[23] Cương lĩnh Công dân cũng được mô tả là một chính đảng bảo thủ tự do,[24][25][26][27][28][29] dân chủ Kitô giáo,[30][31][32][33] bảo thủ,[34][35] tự do bảo thủ,[36][37] tự do cổ điển,[38] tự do,[39] tự do xã hội,[40][41] thực dụngbao quát.[42][43][44] Đảng ủng hộ Ba Lan làm thành viên Liên minh châu Âu.[45]
