Janis Lyn Joplin (; 19 tháng 1 năm 1943 – 4 tháng 10 năm 1970) là một ca sĩ kiêm sáng tác nhạc người Mỹ. Bà trở nên nổi tiếng từ cuối thập niên 60 với tư cách hát chính của ban nhạc psychedelic/acid rock Big Brother and the Holding Company, và sau đó là một nghệ sĩ solo cùng các ban nhạc riêng là Kozmic Blues Band và Full Tilt Boogie Band.
