Shinkenger

Có căn cứ là Nhà Shiba (志葉家, Shiba Ke), các Shinkenger dùng sức mạnh có nguồn gốc kanji được gọi là "Mojikara" (モヂカラ, "Mojikara"), được ban cho các thế hệ tiếp theo. Once becoming a Shinkenger, they must renounce their past lives in order to keep their friends and family safe in case a member of the Gedoushu targets them. The Shiba Household's manor is protected by a Mojikara barrier of "protect" (守, shu), keeping the Shinkengers safe. They use a Gap Sensor (スキマセンサー, Sukima Sensā) to detect the presence of a Gedoushu and its whereabouts. Prior to battle, the team announces their arrival by the first person (usually Takeru Shiba) saying their Shinkenger name and then full name, followed by each subsequent Shinkenger stating "The same..." (同じく, Onajiku) followed by their color and full name. Takeru then says "The official Samurai Sentai..." (天下御免の侍戦隊, Tenkagomen no Samurai Sentai), followed by the whole group saying "Shinkenger, on call!!" (シンケンジャー、参る!!, Shinkenjā, mairu!!).

Takeru Shiba

Takeru Shiba (志葉 丈瑠, Shiba Takeru) is the 18th head of the Shiba line and descendant of feudal lords referred by his vassals and servants as Lord (殿, Tono). He was raised since childhood by Hikoma Kusakabe to accomplish his family's legacy after his father sacrificed himself to seal Doukoku. His upbringing made him create a facade to look very arrogant and proud to others, claiming none can match his strength and greatness while keeping his cool in any situation. Though he was reluctant to have the vassals fight by his side as he wanted no one else to bear the burden, he allowed their involvement after giving them the choice to turn back or become Shinkengers out of want rather than need, as long they are willing to finish their mission to the last detail. By the time Genta arrives, Takeru's facade is revealed as he now questions himself of how it made him strong. As Shinken Red (シンケンレッド, Shinken Reddo), he is the Samurai of Fire (火の侍, Hi no Samurai) and thus is the only one who can perform the sealing on the Gedoushu.

Takeru is portrayed by Tori Matsuzaka.

Ryunosuke Ikenami

Ryunosuke Ikenami (池波 流ノ介, Ikenami Ryūnosuke) is a very serious young man who dreamt of becoming a kabuki actor instead of a vassal for the Shiba Clan like his ancestors before him. Though a loner, he takes his role as Takeru's vassal seriously. He also prefers to discipline himself by sitting under cold water whenever he makes a mistake in front of Shinken Red, whom he surpassed in swordsmanship. He later set up the concept behind Tenku Shinken-Oh. Out of all the vassals, he holds somewhat a rivalry with Genta, referring him as a wannabe samurai. As Shinken Blue (シンケンブルー, Shinken Burū), he is the Samurai of Water (水の侍, Mizu no Samurai).

Ryunosuke is portrayed by Hiroki Aiba.

Mako Shiraishi

Mako Shiraishi (白石 茉子, Shiraishi Mako) is a gentle-hearted girl who fights for her ideals and has an impulse to help troubled people. She loves children and worked at a kindergarten prior to becoming a vassal, raised for the position as a little girl without ever enjoying her own childhood. Chiaki and Kotoha both see her as an older sister role model. Though a horrible cook, she tries her best in order to achieve her dreams of becoming a good wife. As Shinken Pink (シンケンピンク, Shinken Pinku), she is the Samurai of Sky (天の侍, Ten no Samurai).

Mako is portrayed by Rin Takanashi.

Chiaki Tani

Though cheerful and honest, Chiaki Tani (谷 千明, Tani Chiaki) had no interest in becoming a vassal and often clashes with Takeru. Losing his mother as a child, Chiaki was raised alone by his father into the man he is now with an interest in martial arts. But though he never got properly trained, Chiaki is a great strategist in surprise attacks and desires to suprass Takeru in skill. Out of all the vassals, he enjoys Genta's company the most, although he seems to possess an increased sense of guardianship towards Kotoha and also seems to be uncomfortable when considering the possibility that another man might like her. As Shinken Green (シンケングリーン, Shinken Gurīn), he is the Samurai of Wood (木の侍, Ki no Samurai).

Chiaki is portrayed by Shogo Suzuki.

Kotoha Hanaori

Kotoha Hanaori (花織 ことは, Hanaori Kotoha) is a pure-hearted girl who worked in a bamboo shop and is skilled in martial arts and speaks with a Kyoto accent (京都弁, Kyōtoben). Originally a cry baby as a child, she became Takeru's vassal when her older sister fell ill, considering it a mixed blessing and wants to help Takeru in any way she can. However, as Takeru tells her to stand up for herself and not do everything he says, Kotoha starts to realize she has feelings for Takeru. She tends to put herself down a lot, ignoring any insult towards her consciously. She really idolizes Mako and strives to become more like her. As Shinken Yellow (シンケンイエロー, Shinken Ierō), she is the Samurai of Earth (土の侍, Tsuchi no Samurai).

Kotoha is portrayed by Suzuka Morita.

Genta Umemori

Genta Umemori (梅盛 源太, Umemori Genta) is a childhood friend of Takeru who meddled in his training to Hikoma's dismay, the son of a Sushi Shop owner who mysteriously disappeared prior to the beginning of the series. Genta promised that he would help Takeru become a samurai and help him, receiving the Ika Disk by Takeru. After many years, he develops his own "Electronic Mojikara" (電子モヂカラ, Denshi Mojikara) and inherited the Gold Zushi (ゴールド寿司, Gōrudo Zushi) cart. The Shiba Household's vassals meet him after buying sushi from him, who were originally suspicious of him until he made a formal introduction. Though Takeru was reluctant at first for various reasons, he allows Genta to fulfill his promise. He considers himself Takeru's best friend and his personality is the extreme opposite of Takeru's, with Genta being hyper and fun-loving. As Shinken Gold (シンケンゴールド, Shinken Gōrudo), he is the Samurai of Light (光の侍, Hikari no Samurai) and uses sushi-themed accouterments to transform and battle, including exploding chopsticks that he uses as a civilian. He is also one of the few known people able to use Mojikara to create Origami.

Genta is portrayed by Keisuke Sohma.

Allies

• Hikoma Kusakabe (日下部 彦馬, Kusakabe Hikoma): Hikoma Kusakabe is Takeru's retainer and guardian, the team's mentor who gathered the four vassals when the Gedoushu revived. The others affectionately call him "Jii" (ジイ, Jii, translated as "old man" or "samurai"). Having a hip problem, Hikoma is forced to go to the hospital at Takeru's insistence, only to end up at the Hikari Studio where Eijiro helps him out and he gives advice to Tsukasa. Hikoma Kusakabe is portrayed by Gorou Ibuki.
• Kuroko (黒子, Kuroko): The kuroko are the Shiba clan's servants who like their namesakes "set up" the scenery during the Shinkengers' transformation. They are not directly involved in combat, although they do help evacuate civilians away from danger. They often do chores when the Shinkengers are not in battle.
  • Sakutaro Komatsu (小松 朔太郎, Komatsu Sakutarō, 7): Sakutaro Komatsu was a kuroko who had previously served Takeru's father, much like Ryunosuke serves Takeru. After the previous head of the Shiba Household died, Sakutaro lost his will to continue as a servant of the Shiba Household and took to the life of a fisherman. However, meeting Ryunosuke opens Sakutaro's eyes to the reason why he had served the Shiba Household as he helps Ryunosuke in obtaining the Kajiki Origami. He later secretly resumes his duty as a kuroko. Sakutaro is portrayed by Gotaro Tsunashima (綱島 郷太郎, Tsunashima Gōtarō)
• Mitsuba Hanaori (花織 みつば, Hanaori Mitsuba): Kotoha's older sister, Mitsuba was meant to be Shinken Yellow. However, she suddenly became ill and was unable to fulfill her role, leaving Kotoha to take her place for her sake. Mitsuba is portrayed by Reika Shigehiro (重廣 礼香, Shigehiro Reika).
• Richard Brown (リチャード・ブラウン, Richādo Buraun, 14): An American who, after being cured of the Yamiororo Poison in Act 7, comes to idolize the Shinkengers, especially Ryunosuke, who he asks to train him in the way of the Samurai. After watching the others give Brown deliberately harsh training meant to drive him away, Ryunosuke takes him under his wing as his pupil. However, when Richard insists on joining him and the other Shinkengers in fighting Hachochin, he deems Brown unteachable, but Brown misinterprets this as him having already become a Samurai, and then interferes with the Shinkengers' fight with Hachochin, again. After reminding the Shinkengers about the Heart of the Samurai, resulting in the defeat of Hachochin, he departs to spread the Way of the Samurai in his home country. Richard is played by John Kaminari (ジョン・カミナリ, Jon Kaminari).
• Tsukasa Kadoya (門矢 士, Kadoya Tsukasa): Tsukasa Kadoya suddenly appears in the Shiba Household as a kuroko, revealing himself to be Kamen Rider Decade (仮面ライダーディケイド, Kamen Raidā Dikeido) when Chinomanako creates a dimensional disturbance. Tsukasa is portrayed by Masahiro Inoue (井上 正大, Inoue Masahiro).
• Kurando Tani (谷 蔵人, Tani Kurando, 21): Chiaki's father, comes off a happy go lucky guy who never taught Chiaki the ways of a samurai. But in reality, Kurando intentionally raised his child to be cheery and his son's interest in becoming a samurai was the result. Kurando is played by Kenichiro Kikuchi (菊池 健一郎, Kikuchi Ken'ichirō).
• Retsudou Shiba (志葉 烈堂, Shiba Retsudō, The Fateful War): The first Shinken Red (初代シンケンレッド, Shodai Shinken Reddo) who battled the Kusare Gedoushu before being buried at Tengen Temple. Retesudou is played by Masashi Goda (合田 雅吏, Gōda Masashi).
• Jokan (浄寛, Jōkan, 23-24): The chief priest of Tengen Temple, the family temple of the Shiba line, who has the custody of unfinished Inromaru. Jokan is played by Gentaro Takahashi (高橋 元太郎, Takahashi Gentarō).

Arsenal

• Transformation Cellphone Shodo Phone (変身携帯ショドウフォン, Henshin Keitai Shodō Fon): The Shodo Phone is the Shinkengers' transformation device. After using the call "Ippitsu sōjō!" (一筆奏上!, "Ippitsu sōjō!" "Few Strokes, Imperial Report!"), they use the Brush Mode (筆モード, Fude Mōdo) that folds out of the Cellphone Mode (携帯モード, Keitai Mōdo) to draw the elemental kanji that represents them in the air. They spin the kanji around, and it then forms their suit around them. The Shodo Phone is also used in summoning the Origami and combining the Origami into a Samurai Giant. The Shodo Phone can also be used to summon other items with the proper kanji (and the proper stroke order, as Chiaki learns the hard way). One example is when Takeru exhibits this ability by summoning his steed after writing the kanji for "horse" (馬, uma) in the air.
• Secret Playback Katana Shinkenmaru (秘伝再生刀シンケンマル, Hiden Saiseitō Shinkenmaru): The Shinkenmaru is the Shinkengers' primary sidearm. It is first activated by taking any of the Secret Disks (秘伝ディスク, Hiden Disuku) from a compartment on the Shinkengers' belts and attaching it to the hilt to become the guard. By spinning that Secret Disk, the Shinkenmaru acts as a praxinoscope and it powers up depending on the disk itself. By spinning the Common Secret Disks fast enough, the Shinkenmaru transforms into the Shinkengers' signature weapon. Using a personal Secret Disk allows a Shinkenger to execute a Spiral Sword (螺旋之太刀, Rasen no Tachi) attack depending on the element that the disk represents. The five Spiral Sword elemental attacks can be used in the Quintuple Sword (五重之太刀, Gojū no Tachi) attack. The four Spiral Sword elemental attacks can be used in the Four Continual Slash (四連斬り, Yonren Giri) and the Quadruple Sword (四重之太刀, Yonjū no Tachi) attack.
  • Common Disk (共通ディスク, Kyōtsū Disuku): A Secret Disk that allows the Shinkengers to access their personal weapons.
  • Shield Disk (シールドディスク, Shīrudo Disuku): A Secret Disk that allows control of the Origami and Samurai Giants and loads the Daishinken with Mojikara of "slash" (斬, zan).
  • Shishi Disk (獅子ディスク, Shishi Disuku): Shinken Red's personal Secret Disk that allows him to perform his Spiral Sword technique: the Fiery Dance (火炎之舞, Kaen no Mai) and the True Fiery Dance (真・火炎之舞, Shin Kaen no Mai) with the Super Shinkenmaru. When used in conjunction with the Lightning Disk and a second Shinkenmaru, Shinken Red performs the double Spiral Sword technique Blazing Thunderbolt Dance (火炎雷電之舞, Kaen Raiden no Mai).
  • Ryu Disk (龍ディスク, Ryū Disuku): Shinken Blue's personal Secret Disk that allows him to perform his Spiral Sword techniques: the Current's Dance (水流之舞, Suiryū no Mai), the Water Curtain (水之幕, Mizu no Maku), the Current Dust Cloud's Dance (水流土煙之舞, Suiryū Tsuchikemuri no Mai) with Shinken Yellow, and the Current Hundred Fillets (水流百枚おろし, Suiryū Hyakumai Oroshi) with Shinken Gold.
  • Kame Disk (亀ディスク, Kame Disuku): Shinken Pink's personal Secret Disk that allows her to perform her Spiral Sword techniques: the Heavenly Dance (天空之舞, Tenkū no Mai) and the Heaven and Earth Dance (天地之舞, Tenchi no Mai) with Shinken Yellow.
  • Kuma Disk (熊ディスク, Kuma Disuku): Shinken Green's personal Secret Disk that allows him to perform his Spiral Sword techniques: the Winter Wind's Dance (木枯之舞, Kogarashi no Mai) and the Wood Character Slash (木之字斬り, Moku no Ji Giri).
  • Saru Disk (猿ディスク, Saru Disuku): Shinken Yellow's personal Secret Disk that allows her to perform her Spiral Sword techniques: the Dust Cloud's Dance (土煙之舞, Tsuchikemuri no Mai), the Earth Character Slash (土之字斬り, Tsuchi no Ji Giri), the Monkey Spin (猿回し, Saru Mawashi), the Current Dust Cloud's Dance with Shinken Blue, and the Heaven and Earth Dance with Shinken Pink.
  • Lightning Disk (雷撃ディスク, Raigeki Disuku): A Secret Disk that allows Shinken Red to perform the Spiral Sword technique: the Thunderbolt Dance (雷電之舞, Raiden no Mai).
  • Kabuto Disk (兜ディスク, Kabuto Disuku): Shinken Green's secondary Secret Disk that allows him to summon the Kabuto Origami. It is originally used by Shinken Red until he obtains the Tora Disk.
  • Kajiki Disk (舵木ディスク, Kajiki Disuku): Shinken Blue's secondary Secret Disk that allows him to summon the Kajiki Origami. It is originally a white disk with the kanji for "to catch".
  • Tora Disk (虎ディスク, Tora Disuku): Shinken Red's secondary Secret Disk that allows him to summon the Tora Origami. It is originally a disk with the kanji for "reverse", used by Takeru to counter Hitomidama's control over Ryunosuke and the Tora Origami.
  • Sushi Disk (寿司ディスク, Sushi Disuku): Shinken Gold's personal Secret Disk.
  • Ika Disk (烏賊ディスク, Ika Disuku): Shinken Gold's secondary Secret Disk that allows him to summon the Ika Origami. In childhood, Takeru gave it to Genta in secret from Hikoma.
  • Ebi Disk (海老ディスク, Ebi Disuku): Shinken Gold's tertiary reversible Secret Disk with an Ebi Origami Side (海老折神面, Ebi Origami Men) and a Daikai-Oh Side (ダイカイオー面, Daikaiō Men) that allows him to summon the Ebi Origami.
  • Super Disk (スーパーディスク, Sūpā Disuku): Allows user to transform into a Super Shinkenger form.
  • True Samurai Gattai Disk (真侍合体ディスク, Shin Samurai Gattai Disuku): Allows Shinken-Oh and Daikai-Oh to combine into Daikai Shinken-Oh.
  • Kyoryu Disk (恐竜ディスク, Kyōryū Disuku): Allows user to summon the Kyoryu Origami.
• 2-Mode Transforming Rekka Daizantou (2モード変形 烈火大斬刀, Tsū Mōdo Henkei Rekka Daizantō, Blazing Great Slicing Sword): The Rekka Daizantou is Shinken Red's personal weapon. It has a zanbatō-like Daizantou Mode (大斬刀モード, Daizantō Mōdo) which Shinken Red can use perform the Many Fires Profusion (百火繚乱, Hyakka Ryōran) attack. By inserting an alternate disk, the Rekka Daizantou can assume a gun-like Ōzutsu Mode (大筒モード, Ōzutsu Mōdo, ^[α]), that can hold the team's personal Secret Disks to fire the Kabuto Five Rings Bullet (兜五輪弾, Kabuto Gorindan) with the Kabuto Disk, the Kajiki Five Rings Bullet (舵木五輪弾, Kajiki Gorindan) with the Kajiki Disk, the Tora Five Rings Bullet (虎五輪弾, Tora Gorindan) with the Tora Disk, or the Ika Five Rings Bullet (烏賊五輪弾, Ika Gorindan) with the Ika Disk.
• Water Arrow (ウォーターアロー, Wōtā Arō): The Water Arrow is Shinken Blue's bow-like weapon with which he can perform the Clear and Serene (明鏡止水, Meikyō Shisui) attack.
• Heaven Fan (ヘブンファン, Hebun Fan): The Heaven Fan is Shinken Pink's personal Japanese war fan-like weapon with which she can perform the Whole Sky Impact (迫力満天, Hakuryoku Manten) attack.
• Wood Spear (ウッドスピア, Uddo Supia): The Wood Spear is Shinken Green's personal yari-like weapon with which he can perform the attacks Large Treed Late Bloomer (大木晩成, Taiki Bansei) and Foliage Concealment (木の葉隠し, Konoha Kakushi).
• Land Slicer (ランドスライサー, Rando Suraisā): The Land Slicer is Shinken Yellow's personal shuriken-like weapon with which she can perform the All Out Earth Power (奮闘土力, Funtō Doryoku) attack.
• Transformation Cellphone Sushi Changer (変身携帯スシチェンジャー, Henshin Keitai Sushi Chenjā): The Sushi Changer is Shinken Gold's transformation device that he developed after analyzing the Ika Disk. After using the call "Ikkan kenjō!" (一貫献上!, "Ikkan kenjō!" "Consistent Presentation!"), he folds up the Sushi Changer into the Shari Mode (シャリモード, Shari Mōdo), places the folded Sushi Disk onto the Shari Mode, the back of the cellphone, and forms the nigirizushi-like Sushi Mode (スシモード, Sushi Mōdo). By placing other Secret Disks onto the Shari Mode, Shinken Gold can summon his Origami.
• Laceration Calculating Sword Sakanamaru (斬撃勘定刀サカナマル, Zangeki Kanjōtō Sakanamaru): The Sakanamaru is Shinken Gold's primary Tantō weapon modeled after a fish (魚, sakana), using it to take out an entire platoon of Nanashi in blinding speed. He accomplishes this by using Iaido, a sword technique that involves quickly sheathing the blade after each attack. Genta combines this with his own style that he taught himself, a backhanded forward slash style. Using the Sushi Disk allows Shinken Gold to execute the Hundred Fillets (百枚おろし, Hyakumai Oroshi) attack and the Current Hundred Fillets attack with Shinken Blue.
• Secret Analysis Case Inromaru (秘伝解析器インロウマル, Hiden Kaisekiki Inrōmaru): The Inromaru is the Shinkengers' transformation device that allows one of them to transform into a Super Shinkenger form. The device was originally incomplete and kept at the Tengen Temple until the Shikengers acquire it in response to the Gedoushu getting stronger. It can also be attached to the Shinkenmaru to form the Super Shinkenmaru (スーパーシンケンマル, Sūpā Shinkenmaru).

Origami

The Shinkengers control sentient mecha called Origami (折神, Origami, "Folding Spirits"). The five main Origami are normally in Emblem Mode (エンブレムモード, Enburemu Mōdo) until they assume Animal Mode (アニマルモード, Animaru Mōdo) to support their masters. But with the Shodo Phone and the command Origami Big Transformation (折神大変化, Origami Daihenge), the Origami can be enlarged into giants with the Shinkengers using their Shinkenmaru as control sticks. The three support Origami, two of which were reclaimed after being lost in the last great battle with the Gedoushu, are summoned using each Secret Disk and require twice the amount of Mojikara than the regular Origami.

• Shishi Origami (獅子折神, Shishi Origami): Shinken Red's lion Origami that forms the main body, normally in its pentagon shaped Emblem Form. In battle, the Sisi Origami charges at the enemy to execute its Pentagon Grand Blaze (五角大火炎, Gokaku Daikaen) attack.
• Ryu Origami (龍折神, Ryū Origami): Shinken Blue's Japanese dragon Origami that forms the left leg and helmet, normally in its hexagon shaped Emblem Form. In battle, the Ryu Origami is able to shoot a stream of blue fire in its Dragon Waterfall (龍瀑布, Ryū Bakufu) attack.
• Kame Origami (亀折神, Kame Origami): Shinken Pink's sea turtle Origami that forms the right arm, normally in its circle shaped Emblem Form. While giant and in emblem form, the Kame Origami can create a whirlwind while spinning towards its opponent.
• Kuma Origami (熊折神, Kuma Origami): Shinken Green's bear Origami that forms the right leg, normally in its square shaped Emblem Form. In battle, the Kuma Origami is able to stand up and use its claws.
• Saru Origami (猿折神, Saru Origami): Shinken Yellow's Japanese Macaque Origami that forms the left arm, normally in its triangle shaped Emblem Form. In battle, the Saru Origami uses its fists in punching attacks.
• Kabuto Origami (兜折神, Kabuto Origami): An orange-colored Japanese rhinoceros beetle support Origami summoned from the Kabuto Disk, the Kabuto Origami can twist its head to use its horn to trip an enemy or fire energy blasts from long distances. On Shinken-Oh, the Kabuto Origami adds shoulder armaments and an alternate helmet. The Kabuto Origami forms part of the right wing, feather tips, and the head of DaiTenku.
• Kajiki Origami (舵木折神, Kajiki Origami): A cyan-colored marlin support Origami summoned from the Kajiki Disk, the Kajiki Origami uses its bill as a sword and can fire its Marlin Torpedoes (舵木魚雷, Kajiki Gyorai) at the enemy. Lost in the previous war with the Gedoushu, the Kajiki Origami swam the ocean until Ryunosuke finds the Origami's location and fishes it out using a reel powered by a Secret Disk labeled with the kanji for "to catch" (捕, toraeru), binding the Origami to it. It forms part of the left wing and tail of DaiTenku.
• Tora Origami (虎折神, Tora Origami): A white tiger support Origami summoned from the Tora Disk, this Origami uses its drill-like limbs as weapons. After ending up in the land of dead in the previous war with the Gedoushu, the Tora Origami was under the control of the Ayakashi Hitodama until Takeru uses the Sisi Origami to bring it back to its senses and binds the Origami to a Secret Disk labeled with the kanji for "reverse" (反, han). It forms the main body of DaiTenku.
• Ika Origami (烏賊折神, Ika Origami): A violet and white-colored squid support Origami that resides in an aquarium on Genta's sushi cart. Nicknamed Ika-chan (イカちゃん, Ikachan), in battle the Ika Origami can perform the Squid Ink Cannon (烏賊墨砲, Ikasumihō) attack to spit ink at its opponent.
• Ebi Origami (海老折神, Ebi Origami): Shinken Gold's lobster Origami created by Genta that forms the basis of Daikai-Oh. It is initially inactive because it does not have enough Mojikara, until the other Shinkengers empower it with their Mojikara, using the character for "active" (活, katsu). In battle, the Ebi Origami can use its claws to grapple opponents or execute its Futomaki Halo (太巻き光輪, Futomaki Kōrin) attack. When not in battle, it resides in an aquarium with the Ika Origami on Genta's sushi cart. Genta has nicknamed it Ebizo (エビゾー, Ebizō).
• Kyoryu Origami (恐竜折神, Kyōryū Origami): A crimson and black dinosaur (Sauropoda) support Origami that is normally in the form of the Kyoryumaru (キョウリュウマル, Kyōryūmaru), a Shinkenmaru-like weapon, used by the first Shinken Red. The Kyoryumaru's blade is capable extending over long distances.

Samurai Giants

The Samurai Giants (侍巨人, Samurai Kyojin) are the various combinations of the Origami.

Shinken-Oh

Samurai Gattai Shinken-Oh (侍合体シンケンオー, Samurai Gattai Shinken'ō, ^[γ]) is a giant robot formed by the five main Origami when the Shinkengers write the kanji for "unite" (合, gō) to make their Origami combine and they undergo Samurai Combination (侍合体, Samurai Gattai). After combining, the Shinkengers say "Shinken-Oh united under providence" (シンケンオー天下統一, Shinken'ō tenkatōitsu). It is armed with the Daishinken (ダイシンケン, Daishinken Great Divine Sword) and a giant Shield Disk-like Secret Shield (秘伝シールド, Hiden Shīrudo). The Sisi Origami head on its body can breathe fire in the Lion's Blaze Roar (獅子火炎哮, Shishi Kaen Kō) attack, takes to the air with the Dragon Rising Leg (龍昇り脚, Ryū Nobori Kyaku), and separate from the Kame Origami to execute the Turtle Heavenly Fist (亀天空拳, Kame Tenkūken). Both of Shinken-Oh's arms can also fold back up to unleash a beam attack. Shinken-Oh's final attack is the Daishinken Samurai Slash (ダイシンケン侍斬り, Daishinken Samurai Giri). It can combine with support Origami by performing Samurai Armaments (侍武装, Samurai Busō).

• Combining with the Kabuto Origami when the kanji for "Kabuto" (兜, "Kabuto") is written, Shinken-Oh becomes Kabuto Shinken-Oh (カブトシンケンオー, Kabuto Shinken'ō). After combining, the Shinkengers say "Kabuto Shinken-Oh armed under providence" (カブトシンケンオー天下無双, Kabuto Shinken'ō tenkamusō). In this form, Kabuto Shinken-Oh is able to unleash a torrent of firepower in its Kabuto Cannon (兜砲, Kabutohō) attack. Kabuto Shinken-Oh's final attack is the Kabuto Great Revolving Cannon (兜大回転砲, Kabuto Daikaitenhō), spinning its helmet to produce a fireball to launch at the enemy.
• Combining with the Kajiki Origami when the kanji for "Kajiki" (舵木, "Kajiki") is written, Shinken-Oh becomes Kajiki Shinken-Oh (カジキシンケンオー, Kajiki Shinken'ō). After combining, the Shinkengers say "Kajiki Shinken-Oh armed under providence" (カジキシンケンオー天下無双, Kajiki Shinken'ō tenkamusō). In this form, Kajiki Shinken-Oh can either convert the Daishinken to Naginata Mode (ナギナタモード, Naginata Mōdo) or attach it to the top of its helmet to execute the Marlin Single Sweep (舵木一刀両断, Kajiki Ittō Ryōdan).
• Combining with the Tora Origami when the kanji for "Tora" (虎, "Tora") is written, Shinken-Oh becomes Tora Shinken-Oh (トラシンケンオー, Tora Shinken'ō). After combining, the Shinkengers say "Tora Shinken-Oh armed under providence" (トラシンケンオー天下無双, Tora Shinken'ō tenkamusō). Tora Shinken-Oh's final attack is the Tiger Drill Charge (虎ドリル突撃, Tora Doriru Totsugeki), charging through the opponent with all four drills spinning.
• Combining with the Ika Origami when the kanji for "Ika" (烏賊, "Ika") is written, Shinken-Oh becomes Ika Shinken-Oh (イカシンケンオー, Ika Shinken'ō). After combining, the Shinkengers say "Ika Shinken-Oh armed under providence" (イカシンケンオー天下無双, Ika Shinken'ō tenkamusō). Ika Shinken-Oh's attacks include the rapid-fast Squid Spear Line (烏賊槍ぶすま, Ika Yaribusuma) and Squid Freezing (烏賊冷凍, Ika Reitō). Ika Shinken-Oh's final attack is Squid Flash (槍烏賊一閃, Yariika Issen), charging the spear with lightning to execute the final blow.
• Combining with the Kyoryu Origami when the kanji for "Kyoryu" (恐竜, Kyōryū) is written, Shinken-Oh becomes Kyoryu Shinken-Oh (キョウリュウシンケンオー, Kyōryū Shinken'ō), using the Kyoryuto as a weapon.

DaiTenku

Samurai Gattai DaiTenku (侍合体ダイテンクウ, Samurai Gattai Daitenkū, ^[δ]) is a bird-like creature formed when the three support Origami combine. After combining, the Shinkengers say "DaiTenku united under providence" (ダイテンクウ天下統一, Daitenkū tenkatōitsu). DaiTenku's final attack is the DaiTenku Grand Crash (ダイテンクウ大激突, Daitenkū Daigekitotsu).

Tenku Shinken-Oh

Super Samurai Gattai Tenku Shinken-Oh (超侍合体テンクウシンケンオー, Chō Samurai Gattai Tenkū Shinken'ō) is formed from Shinken-Oh and DaiTenku when the kanji for "super" (超, chō) is written, giving it the ability to fly and execute the Daishinken Tenku Bamboo Slice (ダイシンケン天空唐竹割り, Daishinken Tenkū Karatake Wari). After combining, the Shinkengers say "Tenku Shinken-Oh united under providence" (テンクウシンケンオー天下統一, Tenkū Shinken'ō tenkatōitsu).

Daikai-Oh

Samurai Giant Daikai-Oh (侍巨人ダイカイオー, Samurai Kyojin Daikaiō, ^[ε]) is a giant robot that is formed from the Ebi Origami having undergone the Samurai Transformation (侍変形, Samurai Henkei), initiated by Shinken Gold entering the kanji for "change" (変, hen) on the Sushi Changer. After transforming, Shinken Gold says "Daikai-Oh peerless under providence" (ダイカイオー天下一品, Daikaiō tenkaippin). Daikai-Oh has four modes that are signified by a different face and cardinal direction, each with a different Electric Mojikara.

• Daikai-Oh Higashi (ダイカイオーヒガシ, Daikaiō Higashi) is the default mode that has the Electric Mojikara of "light" (光, hikari) and a red face. After mode changing, it says "To to! Higashi!!" (とぉーとぉー！ヒガシ!!, Tō tō! Higashi!!). It uses the lobster claws on its shoulders as weapons to execute its Lobster Claw Professional Payback (海老ばさみ本手返し, Ebibasami Honte Gaeshi) atack.
• Daikai-Oh Nishi (ダイカイオーニシ, Daikaiō Nishi) is the defensive form that has "wind" (風, kaze) as its Electric Mojikara and a green face. After mode changing, it says "Alright! Nishi!!" (おっしゃー！ニシ!!, Osshā! Nishi!!). It uses an iron fan to deflect attacks.
• Daikai-Oh Minami (ダイカイオーミナミ, Daikaiō Minami) has "heat" (熱気, nekki) as its Electric Mojikara and a blue face. After mode changing, it says "What! Minami!!" (ナンと！ミナミ!!, Nan to! Minami!!). In battle, it uses twin katana as its weapons to perform the Lobster Sword Daimyo Fillet (海老刀大名おろし, Ebigatana Daimyō Oroshi) attack.
• Daikai-Oh Kita (ダイカイオーキタ, Daikaiō Kita) has the Electric Mojikara of "north" (北, kita) and is the mode that combines with the Ika Origami, to become Ika Daikai-Oh (イカダイカイオー, Ika Daikaiō), with a yellow face. After mode changing and combining, it says "Kita kita kita kitaa!" (キタキタキタキター!, Kita kita kita kitā!) and Shinken Gold says "Ika Daikai-Oh armed under providence" (イカダイカイオー天下無双, Ika Daikaiō tenkamusō). Its finishing attack is the Squid Crash (槍烏賊突貫, Yariika Tokkan).

Daikai Shinken-Oh

True Samurai Gattai Daikai Shinken-Oh (真侍合体ダイカイシンケンオー, Shin Samurai Gattai Daikai Shinken'ō) is the combination of Shinken-Oh and Daikai-Oh. The Ebi Origami becomes golden samurai armor for Shinken-Oh and replaces the Kame and Saru Origami as arms, which attach to the back of Daikai Shinken-Oh. It can perform the Niten Ichi-ryū Turbulence Slash (二天一流乱れ斬り, Niten Ichi-ryū Midaregiri) attack with the Lobster Swords, during whose attack sequence the Japanese flag can be seen briefly.

IkaTenku Buster

True Samurai Armament IkaTenku Buster (真侍武装イカテンクウバスター, Shin Samurai Busō Ikatenkū Basutā) is the combination of the Kabuto, Kajiki, Tora, and Ika Origami which acts as a cannon and platform for another Samurai Giant to use as a weapon to execute the Origami Grand Release (折神大開放, Origami Daikaihō) attack. However, due to the strain of Mojikara used, the weapon can only be fired once in a battle.
