MTV Europe Music Award cho Video hay nhất là một hạng mục giải thưởng được trao tại MTV Europe Music Awards. Giải thưởng được trao lần đầu tiên vào năm 1994 với tên Đạo diễn xuất sắc nhất, được trao cho "Hobo Humpin 'Slobo Babe" của Whale. Đây là giải thưởng MTV EMA duy nhất - không bao gồm các giải đặc biệt - mà người chiến thắng được chọn bởi MTV chứ không phải công chúng. "Hey Ya!", "Born This Way" và "Havana" là những video âm nhạc duy nhất cũng giành giải Bài hát hay nhất.
