Hệ chữ viết

Hệ chữ viết là hệ thống ký hiệu dùng để đại diện hay biểu thị các yếu tố của ngôn ngữ.

Ở Việt Nam, tiếng Việt đã tiếp thu rất nhiều từ hai chữ viết là Chữ Nôm (hay Nôm tự) và Quốc ngữ. Hiện nay chữ Quốc ngữ là chữ viết chính thức của Tiếng Việt.
