Nikolai II (19 tháng 5 năm 1868 - 17 tháng 7 năm 1918) là vị Hoàng đế cuối cùng của Đế quốc Nga, vua Ba Lan cuối cùng[1] và Đại Công tước Phần Lan. Ông đã trị vì từ năm 1894 cho đến bị ép thoái vị năm 1917. Nikolai tỏ ra không có khả năng cai trị đất nước trong tình trạng hỗn loạn về chính trị cũng như chỉ huy quân đội của ông trong Đệ nhất thế chiến. Thời kỳ cai trị của ông chấm hết với cuộc Cách mạng tháng Mười Nga, sau cuộc cách mạng này ông và hoàng gia đã bị những người Bolshevik bắn chết.
Tên đầy đủ của Nikolai II là Nikolai Aleksandrovich Romanov (tiếng Nga: Никола́й Алекса́ндрович Рома́нов). Tước hiệu chính thức của ông là Nikolai II, Hoàng đế và đấng chuyên quyền toàn Nga[2]. Đôi lúc ông được gọi là Nikolai Liệt sỹ do cuộc hành quyết ông và Nikolai Đẫm máu vì vụ các sự kiện thảm kịch trong thời trị vì của ông, Ngày Chủ nhật Đẫm máu và sự đàn áp sau đó của chính quyền của ông đối với những người bất đồng. Do sự phong thánh, ông đã được Giáo hội Chính thống Nga xem như Thánh Nicolas, Người chịu nỗi thống khổ. Tính đến nay, ông đứng thứ ba trong số những người giàu nhất thế giới.
